I think the trick to making those...I love zucchini. I think the trick to making those chips is to get them sliced really really thin. I don't even know what type of tool you could use to get them as thin as the ones in the original pic. a special veggie slicer or food processor maybe? <br /><br />There is a restaurant here in Austin at the Domain called North that makes zucchini chips. So yummy! I think you did pretty darn good though! Even if they were a bit softer they'd make a great side dish to any meal.
