1) Today is great because we have a staff bowling party after school, we are The Pin-Ups!

2) Tomorrow I will drive to Pflugerville to visit my awesome sister & my precious niece Riley.

3) My favorite time of day is the morning  because it's another reminder that God is good!

4) Sometimes you just have to cry it out.

5)  A song that I cannot get enough of lately is Give Your Heart a Break by Demi Lovato.

6) My favorite accessory is/are my bracelets, they hide my scars, but not all of them, it's just another reminder that God has a purpose for me, thats what they all remind me of.

7) My favorite thing about my week was talking to my parents. It's comforting to know that my Dad is doing better and that he is still here.

it's a girl second edition

i am over the moon to announce that my oldest sister, elizabeth, and her husband jay are expecting a girl! this means i get to have two nieces. lucky me! blake & i are thrilled to become an aunt & uncle.

the happy couple has not yet decided on a name, i vote catherine, but hey, i am just an aunt...

this little miss will arrive in september, like her mama.

i am the most excited to photograph the little nuggets and explore the wilderness with them. i imagine putting dandelions in their hair and of course allowing them to always seek comfort and trust in me.
