heartache

my love and support pour out to taylor and her precious daughter during this time.
suicide is awful, surreal, and devastating.

russell armstrong was an amazing man and father who appears to have needed some type of treatment. i do not want people to forget that this is a mental health DISEASE.

i have mentioned on my blog my own personal feelings about suicide.
it NEVER gets better, you simply learn to cope with it.
i pray for taylor, her daughter kennedy, and russell's two teenage sons.

i hope everyone (media included) can respect that this is a disease and not a tabloid story. we should all respect the privacy of those who have been left behind.

i pray for peace of mind and for strength as the grief process begins.

those of you suffering, you are not alone. help is out there 24/7 and you should not be ashamed or feel isolated in these times of need.

you are not alone.
your pain lives on for those who love and care about you.

suicide is NOT the answer.

this is a disease people, it's treatable.

have compassion & respect during this surreal moment in taylor's life

"God of power, You watched as Your Son Jesus died on the cross. I watched as [insert loved one's name] left this world, too. Be with me and [insert other loved ones who are grieving the loss] as we journey on together without [insert lost loved one]. Comfort us as we mourn, and help us to remember that we are not alone, in each other and in You. Grant us the light of Your love in the darkness of grief. Amen."

i pray for peace, strength, and the ability to believe he is in a better place with Him.
