For the past two weeks I have been sick and have only been able to work out a total of six times, including one session yesterday. Because of the fact that my fever was so ridiculous when I was sick I didn't want to work myself too hard. I stuck with twenty minutes on the elliptical and then did circuit training for about thirty minutes. Today will be more elliptical, weights, and then an hour yoga class. Must. do. this.
